1. Service Description
SaveMyBill is a subscription detection service that analyzes your bank or credit card statements to identify recurring charges. We use AI technology to detect subscriptions and provide cancellation resources to help you save money.
2. User Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the statements you upload.
- You agree to only upload your own financial statements or statements you have authorization to access.
- You understand that subscription detection is AI-powered and may not be 100% accurate.
- You are responsible for verifying any subscriptions before cancelling them.
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee under the following conditions:
- Time limit: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your payment date.
- Eligibility: You must demonstrate that SaveMyBill did not help you identify at least $5 in potential subscription savings.
How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to support@savemybill.io
- Use the subject line: "Refund Request"
- In your email, explain why the app did not help you save more than $5. Include details such as:
- The statements you uploaded
- The results you received (or lack thereof)
- Why the detected subscriptions were not useful
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
4. Subscription & Cancellation
SaveMyBill is a monthly subscription service at $5/month. You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- You will retain access to the service until your paid period ends.
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period (except under our 7-day refund policy above).
5. Limitation of Liability
SaveMyBill provides subscription detection as a convenience tool. We are not responsible for:
- Any subscriptions that are not detected by our service.
- Any errors in subscription detection or cancellation information.
- Any consequences resulting from cancelling subscriptions based on our recommendations.
- Any financial losses or damages arising from use of the service.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
