We never store your financial statements. Your uploaded files are processed entirely in-memory and deleted immediately after analysis. We believe your financial data belongs to you and you alone.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Email address (for account access and communication)
- Account creation date
- Subscription status
Financial Statements (Temporary Processing Only)
When you upload a statement:
- Your file is processed entirely in-memory
- Data is never written to disk or any database
- Files are deleted immediately after analysis is complete
- We do not retain any transaction data, account numbers, or financial information
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide subscription detection services
- To send service-related emails (account confirmations, billing receipts)
- To respond to support requests
- To improve our service (using anonymized, aggregated data only)
3. Data Storage & Security
What We Store
- Your email address and account information
- Payment transaction records (but not full card numbers - see below)
What We Never Store
- Your uploaded financial statements
- Your transaction history
- Account numbers or sensitive financial data
- Full credit card numbers
4. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
We only receive and store: the last 4 digits of your card, card brand (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), and billing receipts.
5. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with:
- Stripe: For payment processing
- AI Service Providers: Your statement data is sent to our AI provider for analysis, but it is processed in real-time and not stored by them
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
6. Cookies
We use minimal cookies only for essential functionality (such as keeping you logged in). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your account information
- Request deletion of your account
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails
- Request a copy of your data
